Okay..just a little update on the whole arm shaving thing. It's been a few days and the grow back is not that bad. I thought it would be totally prickly, but..not so much. I think it just kinda feels like when I had hair on my arms.. which could mean that I AM really hairy and should be shaving my arms. When Ryan came home from work I let him feel how slick and smooth I was. He likey, but said he didn't think it looked any different. SOOOO..there ya have it. If Ryan doesn't notice much of a difference, then I refuse to take the time to de-hairify more of my body. Also, before I changed my template and lost the initial poll votes...there were 3 votes on people who shave and 4 on people who don't. I am sad to report that I did not persuade anyone to start shaving there arms after my post! :( So add those totals to the new ones and the non-shavers still win! Yay for hairy women!
On a completely different subject... I totally win the mother of the year award today! My babies decided to get up way too early today because they are sick and couldn't stop coughing. Since I couldn't sleep through their coughing I'm not too surprised that they couldn't. Still bugged none the less. (I am not a morning person..many of you may know this!) Anyways...with all the noise that 2 little boys make..the big boy couldn't sleep either. Therefore..party at my house at 6 in the morning! They all decided that they wanted breakfast at about 6:30. I don't know about you, but that is NOT what I want to be doing at that hour...unless of course I am dreaming about some hunky guy making me breakfast...Did I say some hunky guy?...of course I mean Ryan..yes, dreaming of RYAN making me breakfast! hee hee. (He is a hunk of burning love!) The babies had rice cereal with applesauce which Sawyer said is nasty and smells bad. I don't know..I refuse to taste it, but they eat it and it's easy. Sawyer, on the other hand wanted basghetti! Is spaghetti a breakfast food? I'm not really one for breakfast. I would much prefer skipping the whole thing and waiting until lunch, which I do most of the time (which has been pointed out to me, among other things, it might be why I'm a little chubby!) Anyways, I figured why start a fight this early in the morning. So the great mom that I am...Sawyer got spaghetti...or has he says basghetti. That is why I deserve the mother of the year award. It can be delivered any time today. Thank you.
(just a little disclaimer...I so did not make spaghetti this morning. it was left over from Saturday. I do NOT cook in the morning. You get cereal or toast....or spaghetti if you so choose!)

Oh, now you feel my 6:30am pain! You should have called! :) Too, funny! Thanks for ditching me with the arm shaving, so much for peer pressure.
I'm with you on the "no cooking in the AM" policy. My cousin made me pancakes last week when I visited and I told her, "if you ever come visit me, breakfast will consist of Cheerios or Rice Chex." Yeah, boo for mornings!
You are the mother of "this" year. I received it a few years ago when I fed my kids chocolate cake and chocolate chip cookies for breakfast, not on the same day. There's dairy and grain, that's exactly what cereal is. I even gave them milk.
Ugh, so sorry to hear about the sick kiddos! What a bummer!
you can mother me anytime
Hey Sarah- stumbled across your blog! Its so fun to see your cute family and see that there are other babies out there as big as we grow them!! I hope your fam is doing well- hello from good old Indiana!!
